LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy

Whether you're questioning, coming out, or simply looking for a therapist who understands your experience, I’m here to support you with compassion, authenticity, and respect. I am proud to provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy in a space where all identities are celebrated and treated with genuine understanding. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating everything from everyday challenges to deeper struggles with identity, relationships, and mental health.

As someone who came out later in life, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work. I know firsthand that LGBTQ+ people face unique pressures in our relationships, our families, and within ourselves. That personal understanding shapes how I show up for my clients.

Together, we might explore coming out, identity questions, healing from trauma, or the complex dynamics that show up in queer relationships and families—societal pressures, internalized biases, gender roles, and communication patterns. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to walk alongside you as you discover your authentic self, process what needs healing, and build a life that feels genuinely yours.
