Individual Therapy
I provide therapy for individuals ages 12 and up who are seeking support, growth, and healing. I understand that every person's journey is unique, and therapy looks different for everyone.
My goal is to create a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, challenges, and goals at your own pace. All identities, backgrounds, and life experiences are welcome here.
I utilize Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your healing journey. EFIT helps us explore your emotional experiences and attachment needs, allowing you to develop greater self-compassion and healthier relationships with yourself and others. IFS recognizes that we all have different "parts" of ourselves—each with its own perspective and protective role. Through IFS, we'll work to understand these parts with curiosity and compassion, helping you achieve greater internal harmony and self-leadership.
We'll work together to discover how therapy can best serve you as a healing and transformative space. I offer a structured yet flexible environment that adapts to your individual needs, allowing for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery.
