Couple/Relationship Therapy

These sessions are designed for any two people in a relationship seeking support. Whether you are married, dating, engaged, partnered, or navigating any other type of committed relationship.

I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable or intimidating. My goal is to provide a safe and inclusive space that is free of judgment. A space where you can work through the challenges you're facing together. All relationships, backgrounds, and identities are welcome here.

I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on strengthening the emotional bond between partners. EFT helps us understand the deeper emotions and attachment needs that drive conflict patterns, allowing you to reconnect and respond to each other with greater empathy and vulnerability and develop more security.

In our work together, we will identify unhealthy conflict patterns and areas where you feel stuck, explore the underlying emotions and needs that are present in your conflicts, create space for open and honest communication, help you and your partner better understand each other's perspectives and attachment needs, and strengthen your emotional connection and sense of safety with one another.

I'm here to support you in building a stronger, more connected relationship where both partners feel heard, valued, and understood.
