Couple/Relationship Session $165 or $185
These sessions are ideal for couples or any two individuals seeking relationship therapy. I understand therapy can be scary or intimidating. I provide a safe and inclusive space free of judgment to work through the challenges and struggles that you are facing. We will work together to discover unhealthy conflict cycles and areas of stuckness. I am here to provide a space where you can speak openly and be vulnerable. This allows you and your partner to better understand one another and to create a new way of having healthy conflict and kind empathetic communication.

Initially the therapist will get to know both partners.

We will discuss the major issues and challenges in the relationship and identify the goals of therapy.
Next, the therapist will work with the couple to identify areas of stuckness and disconnection and work to create a new way forward that includes empathy, reflection, validation, and connectedness.
