Family Therapy

These sessions are designed for families and groups of three or more people seeking support. Family therapy welcomes all family structures. Whether you're a traditional nuclear family, blended family, multigenerational household, chosen family, or any other configuration that matters to you.

I understand that bringing your family to therapy can feel overwhelming or uncertain. My goal is to provide a safe and inclusive space that is free of judgment. A space where every family member (regardless of age) feels heard and valued. All family types, backgrounds, and identities are welcome here.

I utilize Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding the emotional bonds and attachment needs within your family system. EFFT helps us explore the deeper emotions driving family conflicts and patterns, allowing family members to reconnect with greater compassion and security.

Family therapy is an opportunity for everyone to come together, learn about one another, and gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for what each person is experiencing. I help families identify patterns and behaviors that may be preventing closeness and getting in the way of the connections you desire.

I'm here to support your family in creating healthier dynamics where everyone feels seen, respected, and connected.

  • It looks like sitting in a room together and sharing each persons unique experience being part of the family. It looks like giving each other space and patience to share experience of happiness, sadness, and frustration. It looks like saying the things that are hard to talk about and learning a new way of being a family.

I offer clients both in-person and virtual options for their therapy needs.
